Payment and Return Policies

PAYMENT POLICY

Accepted Payment Methods:

You can now use PayPal as the preferred processor for PayPal, MC, Visa, AX or any major credit card. Therefore, we accept all major credit cards as long as they are processed with PayPal. Once you proceed to check out, you will be directed to PayPal to use your PayPal account or preferred credit card.

In addition to credit cards, we accept and welcome Bank Wires (must be used for INTERNATIONAL purchases) and bank checks.

Layaway/ Installment Plan:

We recommend not using layaway but we understand that under certain circumstances, it is the only way you can make a purchase.  Please note that WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITH ANY LAYAWAY.  Therefore, Layaway will only be accepted under the following terms:

1. 2 or 3 installments over the span of 6 weeks. 

2. Non-Refundable 1/2 deposit is required. If you decide not to complete the transaction, we regret that we will have to keep your 1/2 deposit.

3. After 3 weeks the second installment is due (either the balance) or another installment of 1/4 purchase price.

4. After 3 weeks (or sooner if you choose), balance must be paid.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Unless we are shipping to Canada or the United Kingdom, we cannot accept credit cards or PayPal as PayPal and the Credit Card companies will not offer seller protection due to non-confirmable addresses. We gladly accept bank wire payments . Please notify us by email with either a PO or your intent to purchase with a bank wire and we will email you all the required information you will need to secure your purchase.

Packing & Shipping:
We prefer to ship with UPS -signature confirmation required. There is up to the minute tracking this way. Occasionally we will use the USPS also with signature confirmation. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. We generally ship via UPS two times per week. A tracking number is provided once your item has shipped.

*****NOTE: INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: SHIPPING IS $200.00 WITH UPS GLOBAL SIGNATURE REQUIRED. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY WE WILL SHIP AS IT IS MOST RELIABLE with up to the minute tracking.

 

LYNN STOLLER COLLECTION EASY RETURN POLICY

1. Notify us of your intent to return the item within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise by email or phone, please include contact information and reason for return.

2. Insure your return and get tracking # to protect item in transit.

3. Ship item back to us within 3 DAYS of receipt to:

NOTE: ALL ORIGINAL PACKING MATERIALS AND TAGS MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE BAG. BAG MUST BE UNWORN AND RETURNED IN EXACT CONDITION YOU RECEIVED IT IN. SECURITY TAG MUST NOT BE BROKEN OR TAMPERED WITH OR WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.

4. Your refund will be processed promptly and issued accordingly.
